If you have noticed something not working in the common areas, lights out, pool overflowing, etc., then let us know – the earlier we know about the problem, the quicker it is likely to be dealt with.
Please keep in mind before you call that many repairs within your unit are at your or the owners expense and therefore the Managing agent should be your first call if you are renting
