Strata Committee

The Strata Committee is made up of apartment owners and is responsible for decisions relating to the day‑to‑day management of the complex. All owners are eligible to nominate for the Strata Committee, and members are elected each year at the building’s Annual General Meeting (AGM).

Strata Committee meetings are held quarterly in March, June, September and December. Owners are welcome to attend these meetings; however, participation in discussions is limited to committee members unless the committee invites an owner to speak. Agendas and minutes are displayed on the noticeboard in the foyer of Tara.
Much of the committee’s work occurs outside formal meetings. This ongoing work can be time‑consuming, and the committee welcomes assistance from owners and residents who are willing to contribute.

The Annual General Meeting is held each year in December or January.
