You may only install an Air Conditioning Unit that exclusively services your lot with the consent of the Owners Corporation following a written application to the Strata Manager. Building approval is also required from Sydney City council.

Your obligations about the installation;

1. The condenser unit is not visible to the outside, it must be concealed behind a balcony or courtyard wall.
2. Any installation must comply with the requirements of Tara’s By-Laws
3. Installation may only take place between the hours of 7.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday and 9.00am to 5.00pm on Saturdays.  No installation work can take place on Sundays or Public Holidays.
4. Operation of the unit must not be audible in any way after 10.00pm.
5. Operation must meet domestic sound specifications.
